  • Q: How do I get my photo onto a magnet?
    • A: For every product, you'll upload your photo through Uploadly first, then head to checkout. 
  • Q: What kind of photo works best?
    • A: A clear, high-resolution, and a 1:1 square crop photo is recommended. Phone photos are totally fine as long as they're sharp; blurry or very dark photos may not print as crisply.
  • Q: Are the magnets really handmade?
    • A: Yes! Every magnet is made to order by hand. The 2x2 inch photo magnets and magnet kits are crafted with professional Tecre equipment; precision-cut and pressed for a smooth, durable, glossy finish.
  • Q: What's the difference between the 2x2 inch magnets and the Polaroid magnets?
    • A: The 2x2 magnets are thick, glossy, and handmade with Tecre materials. The Polaroid magnets have a classic Instax Square-style frame (2.82 x 3.39 in) printed on flexible magnetic material — lightweight and perfect for gifts and party favors.
  • Q: What's in the Color Me Kit?
    • A: Each kit comes with 4 magnets and 4 colorful markers. The designs and marker colors are randomly picked, so every kit is a surprise! Color them, wipe them clean, and color them again.
  • Q: How long will my order take?
    • A: I make every order by hand, so please allow 1–4 business days before it ships. Shipping times vary by location once it's on its way.

  • Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
    • A: Send me a photo of the damage within 7 days and I'll replace it or refund you.
